Scott Crawford, a local costume designer will be displaying his work at the Out of this World Festival.  You may have seen him at parades and conventions as Captain Ohio. He specializes in custom costumes, mascots and accessories as well as Star Trek and Super Heroes.

UFO Summit April 22

The Out of this World Festival will be held Saturday, April 21 but the fun and excitement doesn't end there!  On Sunday, April 22 we will host our very first UFO Summit. Our featured guest Rob Simone will be presenting his lecture on UFO sightings and investigations.

The mission of the Finest is to provide a positive community for costume enthusiasts to build and wear highly-detailed costumes and props from the G.I. Joe universe. Finest members actively promote interest in the G.I. Joe brand and use appearances at conventions and other events as a means to support community projects and charity efforts.

On a local level, Finest garrisons  take part in occasional work with charitable causes, including fundraisers for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Multiple Sclerosis Society, AIDS Foundations, veterans groups, and blood drives.
